Due to the nature of gang printing (GFX' process of placing multiple orders on the same sheet), there will be times that a quantity tolerance of 5% more or 5% less is permissible. We consider this + or - tolerance to be a reasonable order fulfillment.
Due to the nature of gang printing (our process of placing lots of orders on a single sheet), we do not guarantee a colour match. Also, because of gang printing, future orders of the same files may result in colour shifts: we do not guarantee a 100% colour match.
However, if you feel that the colour shift is too great, we will ask you to take a photograph of it and send it to us for consideration. Reprints are considered on a case-by-case basis and a reprint may not solve the issue if the colours you have chosen are too far apart (use a colour wheel as a guide for colour relationships and harmonies) and are next to each other, eg: light yellow with black or dark orange with a light blue.
Another issue that affects colour shifts is neighbouring colours of other customers. If colour is of the utmost importance to you, we recommend that you consider a custom print job where your files are the only files being printed at one time --- the cost of such custom printing will be ten, twenty or more times the cost of gang printing.

All orders are prepaid by credit card through our web site via a secure socket layer and you are responsible for printing a copy of your own receipt. We do not provide duplicate receipts/invoices. You are billed in Canadian dollars and the exchange rate, if applicable, is established by your financial institution, not GFX.
Sorry, but we do not open accounts or accept Purchase Orders for any of our products.
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, we are located in Canada and all payments and invoicing is in Canadian Dollars. The exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis and if this concerns you, please contact your financial institution for information -- we cannot tell you what will show up on your credit card statement. When sending digital files electronically, you are responsible for following our artwork guidelines. We preview all incoming files and attempt to find potential problems, but assume no responsibility should your job be printed incorrectly. We presume that the files you send are the files you want printed.

If supplying your own files, you certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced by GFX. All materials and artwork created directly by GFX, including typesetting, layouts (both online and off-line), etc. are the property of GFX. We reserve the right to send samples of your printing unless otherwise notified in writing. We will not use your images in any national or international advertising without your prior written consent.
Once you place your order, there is no cancellation. You have committed to ordering the product and paying for it. Custom printing is not something we can put back on our shelves where someone else will come along and buy it.
You must notify us in writing within five (5) business days of receiving your order that there is a problem with your product. Please take a photo of the issue and email it to your customer service represenatative outlining the issue(s).
Reprints are provided on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds. No exceptions.
In no case is GFX liable for loss of business or implied damages.
Our turnaround time is not guaranteed unless in writing by a GFX representative.
Rush Printing and/or Rush Shipping is not guaranteed and may not necessarily be available for certain products even if you can order it and pay for it. Please see the ? icons in the calculator for full descriptions of each product and service.
We use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground Shipping for all orders. Exceptions include same-day courier service for our digital printing products found on our main web site at GFXINC.com.
Delivery times are estimated based on the information provided to GFX by the carrier and in no way is GFX responsible for delays in arrival time. GFX will provide you with a tracking number upon request and it is your responsibility to track your package and notify us of any potential problems caused by the carrier. Importing fees charged directly by the carrier may apply (USA, specifically). There are no customs fees or taxes for American customers.
GFX may update these conditions from time to time without notice.
